Plant Based Strength

Who says plants don’t have enough protein? I’ve been eating plant based for about 4 years now and my strength has been increasing over that time. I could never do a handstand when I was eating a standard American diet. People and especially doctors still ask me if I get enough protein. I think that’s pretty funny, and maybe why I laugh afterwards. That, and inversions feel pretty amazing! This is my longest handstand so far. 🙂
