Just one of these protein patties has a huge 26g of protein, as well as minimal fat and carbohydrates, coming in at just over 200 Calories.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 patties)
– 120g Black Beans
– 30g Wheat Gluten
– 25g TVP
– 15g Rolled Oats
– 1/2 small Onion
– 1 clove Garlic
– 1/2 tbsp Linseed (ground)
– 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
– 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric
– 1/4 tsp Iodised Salt
