High Intensity Interval Training for Cardio is the BEST way to lose fat very quickly. In this video I am demonstrating a technique or strategy I use to shed body fat off in matter of just 4-5 weeks.

Here is how I do it:

20 minute workout:
0-1 minute 5.0 MPH
1-2 minute 6.0 MPH
2-3 minute 7.0 MPH
3-4 minute 8.0 MPH
4-5 minute 9.5 MPH
Restart this process 3 more times for a total of 20 minutes. Why does this work? Your body is working harder, thus burning more calories in a shorting amount of time when compared to longer duration (45 min) running. Additionally, after doing a HIIT workout, the body goes into what we call the “After-Burning Effect” which is when your body burns more calories after the workout than it would during a normal exercise.
