Alternating MB Slam | UNDERDOG STRENGTH

Set Up: Get into a strong UAP, keep the nose inline wit the belly button, start with the ball at the knee and tension through the abs.

Execution: Scoop (not swing, not lift, not jar or thrust), scoop the ball overhead with arms as extended as possible. Maintain a strong UAP through the entire movement. Try and delete the balls soul with each rep.
