Hey, Hockey Player!

In this video, I’m going to run you through a core strengthening circuit that will make you a better hockey player.

Your abs act as a core to stabilize and strengthen your entire body.

Let’s get into it:

-Bicycle Abs (15 Reps On Each Side)
-Leg Raises (15 Reps)
-V-Up (15 Reps)

Take a 60 second break and repeat 3x.

This is a core circuit that you can add 1-2 times per week. Remember, every single muscle in our body is functional, and it is important to train them all.
