Building strength over 50. Bench, Deadlift and Legs

Building strength and mass over 50. Hard work and determination is all you need. Not only have i lost 60 lbs in the past year, I have also improved my strength, endurance and transformed my physique by focusing on the basics and practicing good eating habits. I’m 51 and I use no supplements, no pre or post workout, no vitamins….just clean eating and hard work.
