    Awesome core training Josh! Training like this is what is gonna cause you to shine when we start training! Core is the weakest body part for a lot of guys when they first start thus it takes quite a bit of time doing conditioning in order for them to be able to start to learn anything that involves core strength! Because of your training that wont be the case for you and you will just look at any move that you are learning that requires core strength as a challenge and just a different type of exercise to further strengthen your core and will actually probably enjoy it lol!

      Yeah man I love training the core! I believe that everyone should focus on their core at least a little! I’m excited to start training with you and seeing what Brazilian jiu jitsu is all about!
