I’ve been on omad for a about 14 days and while I have lost weight on the scale I’m not seeing any results I still look the same even though the scale says I’m 10 lbs lighter and another thing when is the best time to workout on omad before or after my basketball practice? I’ve lost fast everywhere except my belly, I am doing high carb low fat , I.F. of min 16 hours , cycling running min 30 min a day fasted , I do eat after exercise and before bed between 7-9 pm. I do sleep on the right in a crouched position like a bean, what do you recommend to loose that stubborn fat ? I came down this summer from 177 to 152 pounds. I already look v skinny and toned ,but my belly is not.
