It has been awhile. Heres a quick montage video of some of the exercises I do in strength and conditioning. This was my “Deload/Transitional” week. In short, my strength and conditioning is broken up in phases of 4 PROGRESSIVE weeks.
Week 1 is Base [Introduction]
Week 2 is Train [Increase Intensity]
Week 3 is Reach [Push/Toughest Resistance]
Week 4 is Deload [Recover, Transition]
The goal of strength and conditioning is to improve in a specific aspect that will complement your skills. For example, speed, strength, endurance, power, or any other.
