This is a workout that focuses on moderate weight at a less-than-optimal rest period.
This is the Chest, Triceps, Abs & Shoulders’ Day, consisting of:
4 Sets of 5 Reps = Overhead Press
2 Sets of Max Reps = Push-Ups
4 Sets of 5 Reps = Bench Press
2 Sets of Max Reps = Hanging-Leg/Knee Raises
4 Sets of 5 Reps = Push Press
2 Sets of Max Reps = Tricep Dips
