Cycle 3, Week 3, Day 4 – Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 – SQUAT DAY

Today i started my squats and somehow i just didnt feel strenght and power in right way, even warmup sets were toooo slow…
After slowly building to 105kg, where i made 10 reps, i have continued working on joker sets and slowly getting up to 145kg, where SNAP… I just shifted weight to far forward and wasnt able to push my hips forward to streighten my back.

Ahhh… well i hope i get it right next time.

Sets I did:
Wormup sets:
10×50 kg
8×60 kg
6×70 kg

Working sets:
5×80 kg
3×90 kg
10×100 kg

Joker sets:
2×115 kg
2×125 kg
1×135 kg
1×145 kg …FAIL!

After that i did some explosive deadlifts with 90kg… 4 sets x 5 reps
