Russian Twist with V-UPS – 10 Reps
Sit – ups 10 to 15 Reps
Push-ups to Side Crunch (bring your knee towards your elbow)10 R
Plank Pose to Hip Extension and Knee to Elbow crunch, bring your knee to the opposite elbow – 10 Reps per side.
This is 1 Set, Repeat this workout for 4-6 SETS. Rest 1 minute between sets. Do this workout 3 times per week.
