-Sprints (I did uphill sprints on steps)
-Squat pulses
-Plank hip taps
-Curtsy lunge
-Kneeling squats
-Plank leg raises
-Reverse lunges
-Plank in and out jumps
-Plank Jumps
-Triceps dips.
