Abs workout at home fat loss burn calorie 5 minute abs workout |without gym abs|bodyweight exercises

hey guys, I created a simple 5 minute home ab workout that will get you a shredded six pack in no time.

Just sit back and follow along.

This routine is short, intense and will get your results before you know it.

do it at least thrice a week.
each workout contains 4-5 repetition of the whole exercise.
don’t get confused just simply perform this whole video 4-5 times.

It takes 3mins to sweat but 12-15mins for Fat burning.
