1) Knee Kicks – 1 mints

2) Toe Touches – 10 Reps * 3 sets &
5 Reps * 4 sets (beginners)

3) Crunches with legs in the air -10 Reps * 3 sets &
5 Reps * 4 sets (beginners)

4) Abs in and out – 15 Reps * 3 sets &
10 Reps * 3 sets (beginners)

5) Cross leg seated crunches – 15 Reps * 3 sets &
5 Reps * 4 sets (beginners)

6) Thruts left and right – 20 Reps * 3 sets &
10 Reps * 4 sets (beginners)

7) Plank – 1 to 2 mints (its for all )
