Hello my friends … happy Thanksgiving to all … I went early in the morning to my Zumba class and did some weight resistance …and now at home did Strength Abs about 10 min – 2 songs lol… ok remember this rule of thump , Strength Training is more powerful for weight loss than cardio alone . This is because you want to keep your metabolism elevated for along time . Strength training has high Excess Post-Oxygen Consumption . According to Body Building website β€œ Studies show that a well-designed strength program can elevate your EPOC or metabolism for up to 38 hours after the workout. In other words, you continue to burn calories long after strength training. Whereas once you stop cardio, the calorie burning stops as well.”

Anyway try to include some weight-resistance to your workout … this works well before eating your meals … you will burn it faster along with generating high energy πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ it fits the meal today Lolol
