MASSIVE LEG DAY in celebration of 1M SWIPE LEFT‼️ Babes thank you all for the support you have been giving me!!🙌🏻🙌🏻 For NOW (longer speech coming hehe) I’ll keep my thank you message short and go straight to the point…Here’s the routine!
1- Safety Bar Squats 6×10 (with Chains or Long bands. The entire point of this is to apply a variable form of tension. It makes the lift heavier we you approach the final part of the rep. )Here im using the safety bar to release some pressure of my lower back and for comfort on my shoulders, you can also do front squats if you don’t have this barbell available.
2- 4 sets trap bar squats 10 reps Full reset each rep super set with banded jumping squats 15 reps
3- 3 sets front lunges 10 reps each leg super set with sissy squats 15 reps.
4- 4 sets 10 reps TEMPO step downs 6-7 seconds each rep make sure to load all your bodyweight in your glute working.
5- 5 sets Reverse hypers with abduction 15 hypers, abduction till failure.
