Aerobic Mile Time Trial (11/15/17)

This is a mile time trial of my aerobic fitness. Aerobic is a run where it isn’t hard on your body and it is fairly easy while still giving you that feeling of tiredness at the end. The goal of this run is to increase effort as you progress and I did exactly that.
