Back and Arms Burner – Giant Set

Back and Arms Giant Set –
If you are training primarily for hypertrophy and fat loss, giant sets should be in your programming.

This sequence is one of my favorites for back and arm development. When choosing back exercises it can be helpful to switch up your pulling angles.

The first exercise is a mix of a vertical and horizontal pull.
Also a tip on on tricep pushdowns: keep your shoulder blades pulled down and in. This will not only improve triceps activation but reinforce proper shoulder mechanics for other exercises.
