Back Workout for THICKNESS | Classic Bodybuilding

In this video, I’ll be taking you through a back workout, which is one of my favorite muscle groups to train. There are two ways to approach your back training: you can train for the width of the back, or the thickness of the back. Today I will be showing you the back thickness. The back is a hard muscle group to develop, so it is important to train heavy, and effectively!
