Although I usually love ab day this was a lot harder because of the cardio! When I started to get tired I did the snap jumps and the mountain climbers a lot slower than usual which believe it or not actually made it harder as I was holding the plank position for longer. I kept the skipping in because I really love skipping and I find it makes the circuit go a lot faster which is always a bonus.
