X(Deadiifts, abs and cardio):( .
i will be doing ab work more regularly now (2 x per week) so please LIKE this video if you want me to post more of those ab workouts V .
Started a new phase in my strength program with my coach @munya_pt
so now we are introducing some heavy top sets with my Deadlifts and squats. So far I have been bui|ding my strength up with heavy volume work and that 115kg felt fkn EASY man, I feel like the bar just flew up!! Can’t wait to see how heavy I can go. It’s gonna get harder tho as calories decrease on my cut, but I’m ready to really push myselfmg .
After deads I moved on to some ab work, working with 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps.and finished off on that nasty disgusting assault bike}; ‘3 . .

Edit: I said on video I did 3×5 on my back off sets, but I actually did 3×6, don’t want to rob myseif of 3 reps lol .
Also I’m still learning to do a dragon fiy (first ab exercise shown) and half dragon fiy (3rd ab exercise shown) these are very advanced exercises so i‘m not perfect at them yet, but we all have to start somewhere right 3
