Best Training Split for Fat Loss

This video explains what I feel is the best training split for fat loss based on how many times you can commit to going to the gym each week. There’s not really a 100% right answer for this as people’s personal preferences should also be taken into account (for example, if you really enjoy cardio, I’d recommend allocating more days to cardio and alter the weight lifting split accordingly). But should at least provide a starting point for someone new to the weights area of a gym.
