    Carbs se kya problem hai? If u count Ur total daily calorie intake then how does it matter whether u take carbs before workout or not.

    Very important point you mentioned…if you are not a pro/advance…. don’t do cheat meal oftenly…you are correct, callories management need to know before doing cheat meal…..I also do same…you are great……
