Bodybuilding motivation | Exercise | Chest and Shoulder | Muscles

Hi friends,
In this video we are showing our last two days bodybuilding gym workout for chest and shoulder muscles. As we told earlier we are from kerala – calicut. we do our training at M-Life Fitness Studio at Poovattuparamba. We are doing these transformation videos for motivating beginners in bodybuilding. we’ll be doing more videos on weight gain, muscle gain and fitness in malayalam as soon as possible.

for chest exercise we did:
3 sets of declined barbell press, 3 sets of inclined barbell press and 3 sets of machine workout.

and for shoulders we did:
3 sets of machine exercise only, because of some personal problems we were not able to continue training for this day.
