Bodybuilding Workout for Beginners: Target Your Back

To get a complete strength building workout, you need to work in some exercises for your back. The back is an often overlooked, but immensely important area to build strength since it includes muscle groups that are used in so many everyday movements.

Follow along with this video as you go through three different exercises that will target your back:

1) Dumbbell Row
2) Bent Arm Dumbbell Row
3) Deadlift

Each exercise is done for 10 reps and the circuit is repeated two times through. When you choose a weight for this workout, be sure to choose a weight that is challenging when you do the last few reps of an exercise, but still allows you to maintain proper form. You may find you need to change the weight between exercises, which is okay to do.
