If you’re learning to squat for the first time, this is the exercise you want to be doing. Start with a high box and work on a fluid movement while maintaining a tight core and being balanced on your feet.
Progress over time to lower boxes without compromising form.
Perform 3 to 5 sets of 10 to 20 reps to learn the basics of squatting.
