Bodyweight Fat-Loss [Intense Flow]

Next time you don’t have sufficient time for a workout, give a try to that flow. You will be fired up how brutal this session will be. Fast and really efficient.

First: Burpees + side rotations combo. Do 4 sets, 8-10 reps, 30-45 seconds rest.

When you are done with these sets, rest for 2 minutes and do:

Fast burpee + jumping lunges combo. 4 sets, 8-10 reps, rest 30 seconds between rounds. One repetition is when you perform the speed burpee + one jump lunge for each leg.

That’s it. Try that workout at home, office or while you travel.
