Hey guys!
Today marks the start of my Strength Series videos where I will be going through my weekly rountine while demonstrating what exercises I do to build Strength. In this video I will be covering compounds which are your bread and butter for building strength and mass. The start of my workout week always begins with this routine as it helps prepare each muscle group for the following week of isolation/accessories. The primary reason compounds are so effective for strength is due the heavy load they allow you to utilize with every lift. Since we known lifting heavier weight translates to greater strength gains, it only makes sense that compound exercises are a crucial part of performance development whatever your goals.
