This abs and buns workout contains 10 exercises total. For all the odd exercises in this abs, butt and thighs routine you’ll do 40 seconds of work. All the even exercises in this butt and abs workout are active rest, and you will do them for 20 seconds each. There is no true rest between any of the exercises in this abs and booty workout. This abs and butt workout should take about 5 minutes. If you are a beginner shoot for just 1-2 rounds of this booty and abs workout.
