Cardio and Strength workout ideas 5 – Medicine ball & Kettlebell

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
• PART 1:
– Goblet squats (You may use dumbells) – 5 Repetitions – 3 Rounds – 10 seconds Rest between Rounds

Once you are done with all rounds, move to part 2 of the workout.
• PART 2:
– Wall Balls (20 Repetitions)
– Sit Ups or Crunches (20 Repetitions)
5 Rounds – You may take few seconds rest between rounds but the point is to finish Part 2 as fast as you can.
Do your best and if you REALLY need a break, take it!
