Chest and Abs

WOW 3 (workout of the week)
Focus: Chest (secondary muscle will hit triceps) and Abs
1. Dumbbell Chest press
2. Dumbbell Incline press
3. Pec Fly machine
4. Abdominal crunch
5. Leg raises and flutter kicks
Perform each exercise 12-15 reps for 3 sets, rest 30-60 seconds in between.
