Firstly, lets start off with the workout:
6 variations of push ups in total:
FLAT PUSH UPS
wide hand position
normal hand position
close hand position
INCLINE PUSH UPS
wide hand position
normal hand position
close hand position
do 10-20 reps each variation without rest to complete one round. do 6 rounds in total with 2 minutes rest between rounds.
ABS:
25 x 5 variations
4 rounds total 1-2 mins rest between rounds
As promised here is a quick, effective ramadan workout for you guys to do this ramadan. You can do it before iftar or 45 minutes after – whatever you find easier:)
