CHEST workout :
*Warm-up is necessary before lifting the weights
1. Rotator cuff exercise
2. Light weight Shoulder side lateral raises
3. Light weight Shoulder Front lateral raises
4. Push ups exercise .
*CHEST WORKOUT
1. Incline barbell bench press + incline dumble press + Pec fly
2. Flat barbell bench press + Flat dumble press + Cable Crossover
3. Decline bench press
