Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl Recipe
For smoothie bowl:
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 C milk
• 2 T powdered peanut butter
• 2 C baby spinach leaves
• 2 scoops Chocolate Lean 15
• 1 C ice
For toppings:
• 1/2 banana, sliced
• 1/4 C low-fat chocolate granola
• peanut butter (to drizzle, optional)*
Directions
Layer all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide amongst 2 bowls and top each with chocolate granola and sliced banana. Drizzle with peanut butter, if using. *Nutrient calculations do not include optional PB drizzle and are calculated using skim milk.
