classic ABS workout – Janices’ (abdominal)

save a six pack… keep classic abs instead of beer:

1. diet: your diet is very important. don’t eat so much. you really cant eat it anyway; yes. I said it. Walk properly with your chin up, and YOUR shoulders back. If you have trouble in front go back, it is kind of like a massive amount of mush… going through a tiny little tube lit up tube. lol

2. stay lit. you are fake hungry. really. Buy some goat milk. Drink it. Then try eating only salad. Your new body will turn it to ALCOHOL!

3. persistence: it will take nearly 2.5 years to cut that fat.

4. show off: walk around the local beach. try a beach far away. not the same is it? hahah

5. enjoy: it is a lot of fun to try different things with it. new clothes. new hair. different shoes. new sports. new hobbies. new people.
