Today I filmed a COMPLETE In-Season Workout (requires no special equipment) you guys can use this summer to maintain strength and POWER!
IN-SEASON STRENGTH WORKOUT
1A. Trap Bar Deadlift or Sumo Deadlift 3 sets x 5 reps
1B. 90/90 Hip Switches 3 sets x 6 switches each leg (12 total)
2A. Goblet Reverse Lunge in Place 3 sets x 8 reps each leg
2B. Sliding Pigeons on Foam Roller 3 sets x 30 seconds each leg
3A. 1-Leg Yoga Push-ups 3 sets x 5 reps each leg (If using one leg is too hard, perform regular yoga push-ups)
3B. Standing Pallof Press 3 sets x 10 reps each side
4A. Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows 3 sets x 10 reps
4B. Prone Bridge Arm March 3 sets x 8 reps each arm
