So this is me, warts and all after fasted cardio… 2 years of sickness have left me with an additional 3.5 stone in fat to get rid of and Im committed to doing that by the end of 2016… not a fan of filming myself but I know I have to do it… so I’m taking the plunge here… be nice peoples!
