Mix static exercises with dynamic ones – when done in combinations those provide better effect.
DAY 3 of Special NY’s 20 Day ABS Challenge:
– begin the day with Frozen V-sits for 30sec. These exercises help to condense your hips and tone the muscles,
– at the same time a more dynamic type of exercises – Pulse Ups (20x) – allow to tone up the muscles and make those more shaped.
– and then add Leg Raises (20x) by the end.
Pay attention to the technique with which you make exercises. When making the Leg Raises stretch your legs, do not bend in knees.
