Hey gurus thanks for tuning in to another pump session. Today big Marc Seitz joins me for a massive arm day. Marc, as you know, is the other head of the monster we’ve created known as Doppelgänger Fitness. Expect some badass centaur and minotaur shirts. Alright lets get down to business, first off I got to the gym a little early so I hit some Standing Barbell Pronated Barbell Flexion, Overhand Grip Static Barbell Holds, and Standing Barbell Overhand Curls. Once Marc arrive we kept on the forearm wave, hitting some Seated Posterior Wrist Curls w/ Straight Curl Bars. We then moved to biceps, hitting some Seated Cable Supinated Biceps Curls, Standing Dumbbell Cross-Body Hammer Curls, and Seated Preacher Machine Supinated Curls. Then we jammed to triceps, hitting Standing Cable V-Bar Triceps Press Downs, Triceps Push Down w/ Assisted Pull-Up/Dip Machine, Straight Bar Supinated Triceps Push Down, Cable Triceps Kick Back, and some Seated Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions. Overall, it was a sick workout, had a lot of fun and threw in some goofy chatter. At the end of the day its all about fun for me. One love guys, shout out to my guru community I really love you guys.

I’m a personal trainer, kinesiologist, ex-collegiate baseball player and a proud dad. I work with many clients in my day-to-day life, many of which were wondering what my workout routine was like.
