Our Second dry land swimming training warm up which is all about dynamic movement designed to prime your body before training.
3 Rounds:
10 Alt. Bird/dog (hands and knees, opposite arm and leg lift – with 2 sec pause – again place roller on back)
45sec Active (seated) hip internal rotation
10 Pushbacks (downward/upward dog – open up more each rep, aim for high hips)
15 Hollow rocks
