Eating healthy is often the hardest part, but it’s by far the most important aspect of being leaner and healthier. Personally, I never saw the results I wanted until I took control of the food I was eating.
Second, start a workout plan that has a great balance of weight training and cardio. Don’t worry ladiesyou won’t bulk up from lifting weights! Resistance training is the only thing that has made my body look shapely and more youthful. I encourage you to trust the process and give weight training a chance.
