Female Hormone Therapy for Fat Loss & Lean Muscle Gains

When a woman comes to me, and asks how to start a fitness program, I tell her the first thing she needs to do is get her hormone levels tested. These tests will reveal any imbalance in her body’s hormones. If a woman’s hormones are imbalanced, she will end up beating her head against the wall trying to gain lean muscle tissue to lose fat.

This is true for both women and men. But it’s more important for women since, even if their bodies are functioning moderately well, they don’t produce the quantity of testosterone that men produce. Their margin for error is much less.
