1. V-ups – 12 reps
2. Side crunches – left side – 12 reps
3. Side crunches – right side – 12 reps
4. Knees to elbows from high plank – 12 reps
5. Toe touches – 12 reps
6. Diagonal knees to elbows from high plank – 12 reps
7. Slow scissors – 12 reps
8. Leg raises – up and forward – 12 reps
9. Side plank with rotation – left side – 12 reps
10. Side plank with rotation – right side – 12 reps
11. Russian twists – 24 reps (12/ side)
12. Hip twists from low plank – 24 reps (12/ side)
You can do this abs workout in the morning before work, in the evening while watching the news or your favourite movie. It’s great as a finisher for your #workout or just to move a little on your rest day.
