This glutes and abs routine is a complete abs and butt workout at home that is 20 minutes long. This abs and booty routine will help you get a flat belly and a round booty. This is truly an abs butt and thighs workout because you will be hitting the legs as well! The structure of this abs and booty workout starts out with an at home butt workout, doing 2 sets of the booty workout before moving on to home abs workout portion.
If you are a beginner you can do the two rounds of this follow along home butt and abs routine but take additional rest if you feel you need to. If you are very advanced following along with this flat belly workout for the entire 2 sets not taking rest, and if you feel you need a tougher home abs workout, following along for another 1 or 2 sets.
This is the ideal at home glutes and abs routine because it is a bodyweight workout that requires nothing more than a step (can even be done without the step) and an exercise band.
