Get Lean Legs and Abs with this outdoor workout

This fun workout is great for slimming down those legs and creating those ab structured lines!

Follow the Tabata Style rule by doing each workout for 20 sec on and 10 sec rest.
Rest 1 min between ROUNDS.

Complete a total of 4 ROUNDS and if you’re feeling brave, complete 5 ROUNDS by doing ROUND 1 again.
