In today’s video, I’m going to be showing you some of the best workouts to help you lose weight fast, by building muscle through compound lifts. Also, I’ll be posting a link to my blog showing you exactly how to meal prep effectively for weight loss.

The reason I chose these exercises is because they are all compound workouts, meaning they work multiple muscle groups at one time. Because of this, the caloric burn during these workouts is significantly greater than isolation workouts. Because of this, you can pack much more of a punch in half the time. So instead of running on a treadmill of elliptical for an hour, you can do compound workouts & burn more calories in half the time, which is how I train my clients & help lose an average of 6.3lbs per month. Here’s the workout

1a.Hanging Cable Knee Lifts 4×45 Secs
1b.Knee Tucks on Bench 4×45 Secs
2.DB Squat to Deadlifts 4×45 Secs
3.DB Floor Flyes to Leg Raises 4×45 Secs
4.DB Walking Lunges 4×45 Secs
5.TRX Power Pulls 4×45 Secs

This workout should take anywhere from 30-35 minutes and I promise you it’ll pack plenty of punch! You’ll train your whole body and get a great burn in!
