Following on from last week’s full body resistance band workout – here’s a great ab circuit for you to try 💪🏻
Using resistance bands is a cracking way to take your traditional exercises and workouts up a notch! Not only that but you can travel with them leaving you little excuse not to keep fit on the road! 😉
Perform this circuit at the beginning or end of your workout in Tabata format (20:10 active/rest) or build up your strength and technique using set reps and rest times.
