HH Fitness30:15 two exercise biplex with a strength focus

– Fun Friday workout rep based training session or timed training with 30:15 intervals. For the Traditional exercises aim for 4-6 reps and for the Functional/Corrective Exercises aim 10-20 reps during the 30 second work periods. Your goal is to complete 3 sets of 2 paired exercises prior to starting the next 2 exercises. Once you have completed the 2 exercises rest for 60 seconds before starting the next set of exercises.

When perform the 2 sets listed below for time you will get in a quick 10 minute strength focused training session.

The exercises performed are:

1A. Barbell Deadlift
1B. Leg Lowers

2A. TRX Rows
2B. Bird-Dogs
