In this exercise Hens works on in proving the aerobic fitness levels of these players. Exercises such as these where the players work at very high intensities (the players should aim to work at 85-95% on their maximum heart rate) are very efficient and productive. As well as practice playing soccer, one such drill can raise fitness levels by up to 1/2 %.
